Most MLS listing services will make Buyers and Agents call their office number or search through a second website, whose name is not apparent, to get your contact information. The Realty.St system lets the Buyers and Agents call our office number, enter the trailing 5 digits of an MLS number, and be connected directly to you, the seller. It is meant to be simple. Your property will be shown on on Boston.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Hotpads.com and many other sites that show MLS listings. By MLS rules, those websites must display our office phone number and your MLS entry number. Our telecom system enables buyers to ring your home, work, and/or cell phones directly without seeing your phone number, going to another website, or speaking to us at all. We will never publish your phone number anywhere. This is a matter of privacy, and we take it seriously. When buyers and agents call our office number, they enter the last 5 digits of your MLS entry number, which will be visible to anyone searching the MLS. The call forwards directly to your phone(s) that you list here.

Our System will ring up three of your phones until you answer. One of your phone numbers may take voice messages. You'll provide us with one phone number, at least, and up to two more (totaling three). The service we provide is $29.00 per month. The initial three-month billing period is charged right away, and further months are charged after that period if your home has not sold. You can cancel the service at any time, but cancellation is automatic if the home sells.
